Julie is a Master Stylist and an educator with Alfaparf Milano and has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. She has a passion for Precision Dry Cutting. She also has extensive training in creative color placement and techniques. Julie is also certified in the celebrity favorite Brazilian Blowout. She has 6+ years experience with Brazilian.
